ALCBar is now ESQ CoPilot

About ESQ CoPilot

A national continuing-legal-education and legal-intelligence platform for U.S. attorneys — starting with California, built for all 51 jurisdictions.

The Mission

Help Attorneys Stay Current — Not Just Compliant

Most U.S. attorneys must complete continuing legal education. The courses usually satisfy the requirement and little else. What attorneys actually need is shorter, verified, jurisdiction-specific knowledge of what changed this month — in their courts, their rules, and their practice.

ESQ CoPilot is built around three layers: ESQ CoPilot CLE (continuing legal education courses, jurisdiction by jurisdiction), ESQ CoPilot Current (short monthly jurisdiction updates and weekly federal updates), and ESQ CoPilot Intelligence (personalized updates by jurisdiction, court, practice area and deadline).

The first course is Ethics-Safe AI Use for Law Firms. New: Module 1, Competence and Verification (60 minutes). An application for 1.0 hour of California MCLE Legal Ethics credit is pending approval by the State Bar of California. Available December 3, 2026.

The Company

One National Company

Today the course is published by Decentralized Publishing LLC. The national platform and the Founding Round will be conducted by ALCBar Inc, a Delaware corporation formed when the first application is filed, into which the course, content and domain will be contributed.

ALCBar Inc will own the platform, brand, subscribers and accreditation infrastructure. There are no state franchises, subsidiaries or territories. Founding Investors own shares in the national company; they do not operate any part of it.
